Yes. Digital PDFs are read as text; scanned or photographed invoices are rendered to images and read with vision in batches. Quality depends on legibility, but most supplier scans extract cleanly.
A single supplier invoice, however many pages it spans. If you upload a statement that bundles six invoices together, Oui Chef splits them — and that counts as six.
We request read-only access, scan only for PDF attachments from the last 30 days, and never store the contents of your emails. You can revoke access from your Google account at any time.
