ILLUSTRATIVE WORKFLOW · FICTIONAL DATA

The five steps in this example

The Little Table, its suppliers, and all amounts are fictional. These steps explain the workflow, not customer results.

  1. Delivery

A supplier delivers ingredients with an invoice. Keep the full document as the source record.

  2. Upload

Upload a PDF or clear photo. Extracted supplier details and line items enter review.

  3. Review

Check the extracted record against the source. Confirm the product and pack size before saving.

  4. Compare

Compare repeat purchases on the same unit basis. In this fictional example, a 20 lb box moves from $24.00 to $27.60, a 15% increase.

  5. File

Keep reviewed records and their sources together. Use the history to prepare your next supplier conversation.
